About Me

This is what I do.

I earned my MSc from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, in Mathematics, Vision and Machine Learning in 2015. In this context, I did my research semester at the California Institute of Technology (EE- Pr Perona and GPS - Pr Avouac) on Deep Leaning for Stereo Imaging and disparity estimation.

I spent a few years working in Computer Vision research at various companies and institutions like General Electric Healthcare, Caltech, NETGEAR, and also smaller companies like Placemeter (acquired by NETGEAR/Arlo), Planorama (acquired partly by Trax Retail), I am now working for a Stealth AI company in New York, NY as a research scientist.

My research interests include:

  • Machine learning (Probabilistic Graphical Models, Statistical Learning, Reinforcement Learning)
  • Computer Vision
  • Probabilities, MCMC simulations, Stochastic Processes
  • Convex Optimization

I also recommend taking a look on these web pages:

  • Sebastian Ruder,
  • Data Analytics Post; this site is in French, but these of you who understand it, it is a pretty cool website, featuring the amazing professors that teach in the Masters Program I attended,
  • MVA MSc; high quality classes MSc program, giving classes on a very wide variety of ML related subjects, from Probabilistic Graphical Models (Pr Francis Bach and G. Obozinski), Convex Optimization (Pr D'Aspremont), Reinforcement Learning, Statistical Learning (Pr Vayatis) to ML on Graphs (Pr Valko) - from a mathematical and quite theoretical point of view. Cited here and here.
